Culturally-Informed Somatic Therapy and Education

experiences that RECONNECT us to BODY, STORY, COUNTRY and comMUNITY.

Healing begins where body and Country meet. Soma Ngurrawa restores the understanding that wellbeing is held in relationship — with self, others, and the land.

Through culturally informed frameworks and embodied practice, we create compassionate spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and remember who they are. Our events are open to people from all cultures, unless explicitly stated.
